How do I work?

What I find especially important is that everyone deserves a voice and everyone deserves to be heard and seen, and safety is also a big solid pillar that is at the forefront.

I am not there to judge whatever it is that you have experienced, done or feel.

It is important that whatever it is that you walk with and is too heavy to carry for you, we will look together at how you regain control over this part and determine for yourself whether and how that part continues to play a role in your life.

I like to look at where you come from, looking systemically often gives a lot of answers to why you can walk with something and how you deal with it. Everyone is unique and has the right to exist and especially the right to help . Help to become the best version of yourself. Regardless of how much you earn, what background or culture you come from, what sexual orientation suits you best.

After the intake, I will look at the theme we will be working on together with you, draw up a plan with you and evaluate this together with you along the way to see if we are still on track.

Connecting with your therapist is often half the success or failure of therapy. Sometimes I hear clients say they were afraid to tell the previous therapist if she didn't feel that click. If it is the case that you do not feel that click after the intake, that is no problem at all and I can perhaps recommend one of my colleagues in the field. I understand that you prefer to share your whole heart and soul with someone you feel good about and if that is not the case, I will not take that as a rejection so feel free to say it.
