The I Matter course is all about how you stand in this world. Who is your family? What generational passed-on trauma have you brought with you? What is the theme in your family? What beautiful things have been passed on?

What choices have you made in your life and what consequences have they had on your BEING?

How are you in your body and how do you get into a force field in your own life?

By means of a series of exercises and assignments you will become stronger in your body and mind. Together we will look at how your feet can be stronger in the place you occupy in this world.

Under supervision you will make, among other things, an extensive genogram (family tree), biographical timeline and much more.

The course will be in groups.

Duration: 4 meetings

Time: 2.5 hours at a time

Price: € 350 (Payment in installments is also possible)
